Get ready for an electrifying House Hype Day on Friday, February 16th! Join us as we engage in thrilling House battles during our House Meetings. Students are encouraged to showcase their house spirit by dressing from head to toe in their vibrant house colors. It's a day of fun, camaraderie, and fierce competition – let's make it unforgettable!
Valentine's Day Fundraiser
Valentine's Day coincides with Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day. To commemorate this important occasion, we're offering students the chance to wear jeans paired with either a red shirt or a Valentine’s Day-themed shirt for a small $1 donation on February 14th. All proceeds will be dedicated to Children’s Health Care of Atlanta in honor of Nurse Brittany's daughter, Gracie, and our brave students who are also heart warriors. Let's show our support together!
Enrollment Info Session
Join us at Cherokee Charter Academy Enrollment Information Sessions to learn about the excellent education we offer for your children. This is a great chance to meet our teachers and staff and have any questions you may have answered. Our sessions are open to everyone and will be held in person at Cherokee Charter Academy.

It’s time for our yearly Penguin Patch Holiday Shop! Students will be able to shop for their family with items ranging from as little as $1.

iReady Incentive Breakfast
Join us on November 30th for a morning of fun and rewards! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand from 8am to 9am.
Any student who completes 10 iReady Reading and 10 iReady Math lessons between October 23rd and November 22nd will be treated to a delicious donut and juice breakfast on November 30th. It's a great opportunity to make a difference and indulge in some tasty treats! Don't miss out!

You do not need to check-in at the front desk. You will go directly to the Café side of the school using the outdoor sidewalks. Please line up down by the main entrance of the gym on the curb as marked on the map.
Student Checkout:
If you wish to check out your student(s) after the parade, kindly proceed to your student's homeroom. Our dedicated homeroom teachers will assist you in the checkout process.
Parking Instructions:
Feel free to park in the designated areas in front of the school and on the sides. However, we kindly request that you avoid parking beyond the locations indicated on the map. Delineator cones will mark the boundaries where parking access concludes.
We are eagerly anticipating the participation of all our CCA Families and are excited to celebrate the outstanding efforts of our students on their floats this year! Your presence and support make these events truly memorable. See you at the parade!

Join your student for our annual Thanksgiving Lunch! Adult meals are available for $4.25 and must be paid for with cash or check. Please note that student meal accounts cannot be used for adult meals.
To ensure a smooth experience, we request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your student's designated lunch time:
- Kindergarten: 10:25 am to 10:50 am
- 1st Grade: 10:40 am to 11:05 am
- 2nd Grade: 11:00 am to 11:25 am
- 3rd Grade: 11:05 am to 11:30 am

Veterans Day Breakfast
Honoring our Heroes! Join us for the Annual Veterans Day Breakfast on November 10th starting at 8:15am. This special event is exclusively for our Veterans and their CCA students.
