Before & Aftercare Program FAQ
Prior to attending our Before and/or After School Program, it's essential for all students to complete registration. A family registration fee of $25.00 applies. To obtain a registration form, kindly email ASP@cherokeecharter.org or simply collect one from our front desk.

Hours: 6:30am - 7:25am
Cost: $5 per child, per day

Cost - $10 per child, per day
The After School program concludes promptly at 6:00pm. For any students not collected by this time, a charge of $1 per minute will be incurred.
Students who are not retrieved during the 3:30pm carpool session will be automatically enrolled in the ASP program and billed for the entire day. Your cooperation in adhering to these timings is greatly appreciated.

Payments accepted are cash, check or money order. Checks and money orders should be made out to Cherokee Charter Academy.
Before & After School fees paid with check or money order should be written to Cherokee Charter Academy.
