Light Up the Night at Cherokee Charter Academy - Concessions & Food Truck Vendor Application:

All required fields must be completed.

Our event is advertised and hosted to families in the Cherokee, Cobb, Bartow and Pickens County areas.

APPLICATION DEADLINE is October 6th, 2023 with payments due no later than October 9th, 2023.

No applications will be accepted after October 6th, 2023.

Payments accepted are cash, check, or money order made payable to Cherokee Charter Academy. Payments may be dropped by our office Monday through Thursday 9AM - 1:45PM or mailed to:

Concessions Fees

Cherokee Charter Academy only supplies the area for booths to be set-up on. CCA does not supply tables, tents or chairs. Those must be supplied by the vendor. Vendors are required to clean-up their booth area after the event. Fees are non-refundable. Light Up the Night will be rescheduled due to inclement weather. If Cherokee Charter Academy is unable to reschedule the event then a refund will be given. Payments accepted are check, cash, money order. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Cherokee Charter Academy.
